Crisis Intervention

  • Crisis Intervention includes emergency services in the areas of Mental Health and Case Management for urgent situations.  Services can be provided for individuals, school-wide, and district-wide by trained professionals who provide mental health support at all levels and assist families that are in need of emergency support with basic needs. 

    If you or your child/student is experiencing a life or death emergency, call 911.

    To request non-life-threatening Crisis Intervention services, call 909-418-6923.  Office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

    For after-hours non-life-threatening Crisis Intervention services, you may contact:

      • San Bernardino County Crisis Response Team (CCRT) at (909) 458-1517 between 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.

    For additional assistance, please call the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) at (888) 743-1478 or (909) 386-8256 or 711 for TTY Users (24 hours per day/7 days per week). If these resources are not available, go to your nearest hospital or call 911.
